perhaps engaging in mining greatly effects socio-economic of the community but how about the environmental aspect of it? have we ever think of the possible result of it in the future?. maybe good for today but how about the future of the succeeding generation... the tons of gold cant outweigh the deterriorated comm... as a youth of the barangay, i was really hurt in the latest issue concerning the protection of our home land, because i never expect that the elders whom we trusted for long time TO protect us and our future are the one who BETRAYED US... they traumatized me in trusting those whom i think will help., be advocate of mother didipio. remember, there's no place like home! go green!!!!
